Disclosed is a high-low-speed deformation driving body-building bicycle. A front-wheel bogie truck is arranged to be a front lever, a rear-wheel bogie truck is arranged to be a rear lever, a front wheel axle and a rear wheel axle are fulcrums, a middle axle is a driving point of the front lever and the rear lever, a chain gear disc, flywheels and a rear wheel are driven by power output by a driving converter in the form of high-gear driving, motion of pushing and pulling the front lever and the rear lever by a human body is a deformation driving mode of the bicycle generally in a contraction or open state, and the chain gear disc is driven by a foot-operated connecting lever in the form of low-gear driving. According to the invention, a lever driving apparatus is prepared by use of the vehicle frame of the bicycled itself, the structure is simplified, materials are saved, the weight is reduced, the volume is reduced, the production is easy, and the cost is decreased. The high-low-speed deformation driving body-building bicycle is a small-wheel bicycle, the wheelspan is short, the bicycle has a telescoping function of a folding vehicle, and the complex structure and the troublesome folding procedures of the folding vehicle are omitted. A conventional foot driving mode is employed for low-speed driving and a lever gravity driving mode is employed for high-speed driving so that the practicality and the fun of the body-building bicycle are greatly improved. A triangular seat maintains horizontal when the vehicle frame integrally deforms, and comfortableness of the triangular seat is maintained during riding.
