The invention provides a safety guaranteeing system of a bifuel engine. The safety guaranteeing system comprises at least one liquid filling electromagnetic valve, a liquid filling button, a capacitive liquid level meter, a pressure sensor, a liquid level sensor, a liquid feeding shutoff valve, an emergency shutoff valve, an engine microcomputer, at least one engine body ventilator, an explosion-proof engine body ventilator, a methane detection host, a plurality of methane sensors, a gasifier, a safety valve, a gas inlet electromagnetic valve, a blow-off valve, an inverter and an accumulator, wherein the at least one liquid filling electromagnetic valve is connected with an LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) tank body by virtue of an LNG gas pipeline, and the capacitive liquid level meter is arranged in an LNG tank. The safety guaranteeing system is used for performing safety guaranteeing control over the bifuel engine, and the use safety of the bifuel engine is greatly increased.
