The present invention relates to the field of aircraft antiskid braking systems, and specifically relates to a braking method of an automatic antiskid device of an aircraft wheel. The automatic antiskid device comprises a centrifugal block, a centrifugal block spring, a flywheel and an input shaft. To overcome strong 'pause' feeling of a pilot when a first antiskid system and a second antiskid system of an inertia braking system simultaneously operate in the prior art, and to overcome 'smoking' phenomenon of a tyre when the aircraft wheel is deeply skidding, the negative angular acceleration threshold value of the automatic antiskid device in the first antiskid system of the inertia braking system is optimized and designed.
