The invention provides a simple implementation method for an IOT (Internet of Things) position monitoring alarm model, and the technical scheme of the invention comprises the steps: data processing: obtaining electronic map data of a city, and carrying out data processing; alarm setting; and alarm algorithm setting. Compared with the prior art, the method can be used by a logistics center manager to monitor a logistics distribution vehicle in real time. When the logistics distribution vehicle carries out illegal operation, alarm information is sent, and corresponding processing is carried out according to the information, so as to guarantee the normal operation of a logistics distribution task. The method saves the manpower cost, and improves the logistics distribution work efficiency.
