The invention discloses a front shock absorber used for a motorcycle. The front shock absorber comprises a pair of barrel-shaped shock absorber stand columns which are symmetrically mounted at the two ends of a connecting plate mechanism, wherein each shock absorber stand column comprises an upper stand column and a lower stand column which can relatively move; column-shaped inner damping mechanisms are arranged in the shock absorber stand columns; each inner damping mechanism comprises a hydraulic cylinder with a working medium and a flow chocking mechanism for slowing down circulation of the working medium; torque regulating mechanisms are arranged outside the shock absorber stand columns in a sleeving mode; each torque regulating mechanism comprises a variable-pitch spring and a regulating base. A vehicle body vibrates to cause upper and lower stand columns to relatively move, so that the working medium compresses and absorbs energy of vibration; when the working medium passes through the flow chocking structure, damping for rebounding the upper stand column is generated, so that the problem that shock-absorbing instability caused by too quick pressing of a motorcycle front wheel when upper and lower stand columns relatively move too fast is avoided; meanwhile, the upper and the lower stand columns further bear force of the torque regulating mechanism, and the variable-pitch spring is reasonably regulated, so that the shock-absorbing effect is better. The invention further discloses the motorcycle comprising the front shock absorber.
