The invention discloses a cable arranging system applied to a winch. The cable arranging system comprises a control platform, a winding drum provided with cables, a signal transmitting device, a tensioning device and a cable arranging device used for arranging the cables on the winding drum. One end of the winding drum is connected with the signal transmitting device through a gear. An encoder is connected to the signal transmitting device through a shaft. The encoder is connected with the control platform through a transmitting wire. The cable arranging device is provided with two symmetrical supports. Guide shafts and a lead screw are arranged between the two supports. A reciprocating sliding seat is movably connected to the guide shafts and the lead screw. The cable arranging system is quite convenient to mount and dismount, the guiding effect for cable arranging (cable taking-up) is achieved, and the length of the arranged cables can be measured; according to the movement state of the cable arranging system, the operation state of a variable frequency motor in the cable arranging device can be changed through signals output by the signal transmitting device where the encoder is located, so that the axial speeds of the cables on the winding drum are consistent, and cable arranging operation and cable taking-up operation can be conducted orderly.
