The invention discloses a self-balancing overturning moment derricking mechanism which comprises a guiding frame, two crane boom frames, derricking cylinders, two guiding pull rods, a crane winch and a plurality of pulley blocks. A body of the guiding frame is vertically installed. A guiding groove is formed in the upper portion of the guiding frame. The two crane boom frames are arranged in a mirror-symmetry manner relative to the guiding frame and hinged to the lower portion of the guiding frame. Each crane boom frame is provided with one derricking cylinder. The two derricking cylinders are arranged in a mirror-symmetry manner relative to the guiding frame. Piston rods of the derricking cylinders are connected to the middle of the guiding frame. The two guiding pull rods are arranged in a mirror-symmetry manner relative to the guiding frame. One end of each guiding pull rod is connected to the corresponding crane boom frame, and the other ends of the guiding pull rods are hinged to the same point and can slide inside a guiding groove of the guiding frame. The crane winch is arranged on the ground and pulls a steel rope to wind around the multiple pulley blocks to be connected with one crane boom frame. The self-balancing overturning moment derricking mechanism can achieve the purpose of eliminating overturning moment for a building or an equipment foundation.
