The invention belongs to the technical field of hoisting equipment, and relates to a hoisted cargo posture adjustment device. A body structure comprises a controller, a winch, a fixed pulley, a movable pulley, a base plate, a steel wire rope, a hoisting tool, a distance sensor and a hoisting ring; when cargoes are hoisted on an inclined, unsmooth or unstable base, the postures of the hoisted cargoes are actively adjusted, so that the hoisted cargoes and the base are kept parallel all the time in the hoisting process, and damage, caused by partial contact between the hoisted cargoes and the base, to the hoisted cargoes and the base is avoided; the hoisted cargo posture adjustment device is particularly suitable for occasions with on-sea hoisting operation and ocean platform supply operation, extra manpower and extra material force are not needed, the hoisting cost of the cargoes is reduced, the unloading efficiency of the cargoes is improved, and the safety of persons is guaranteed; and the hoisted cargo posture adjustment device is simple in structure, scientific and reasonable in principle, convenient to operate, good in practicability, friendly to using environments, high in universality, safe, reliable and easy to use and popularize.
