The invention provides a connecting device of a drone aircraft and a splicing-type drone aircraft. The connecting device comprises a first connecting seat, a second connecting seat and a locking pin. the first connecting seat is provided with a first through hole; the second connecting seat is provided with a second through hole communicated with the first through hole; the locking pin is inserted in the first through hole and the second through hole from the top to the bottom; the top of the locking pin is provided with a flange; the diameter of the flange is larger than that of the first through hole; and the locking pin is provided inside with a locking component the connected with the second connecting seat. The connecting device provided by the invention can manufacture the drone aircraft in a modular mode, and the device can rapidly assembly the fuselage, wings and tail. The device is convenient for transportation, besides once the parts in the drone aircraft are damaged, the connecting device facilitates maintenance and disassembly, greatly shortens the time required for assembly and disassembly and recycling of the drone aircraft system platform, and improves the practicality.
