The invention provides a foldable unmanned aerial vehicle to improve the portability of unmanned aerial vehicles. The unmanned aerial vehicle comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle main body and a rotor wing part. The rotor wing part comprises a first rotor wing module and a second rotor wing module, wherein each of the rotor wing modules is provided with at least one rotor wing. The first rotor wing module and the second rotor wing module are respectively hinged to two sides of the unmanned aerial vehicle main body, so that each of the two rotor wing modules rotates around respective hinge shaft to be foldded and unfoldded. According to the unmanned aerial vehicle, rotor wings are designed modularly, first, two rotor wing modules which can be folded and unfolded are formed, then, folding and unfolding are realized by rotation of the rotor wing modules, so that the state of the unmanned aerial vehicle is changed and thus the foldable and flying requirements of unmanned aerial vehicles are met, and the portability of unmanned aerial vehicles is improved. The routes and control modules can be built into the main body of unmanned aerial vehicles, without respective installations of the routes and control modules to each rotor wing module, so that the control reliabilty is increased.
