The invention relates to an airship accessory and provides an inclined solar airship device. The inclined solar airship device comprises an airship 1, a containing body 2, a tumbler 3 and a first pull line 12. The inclined solar airship device is characterized in that the airship 1 is composed of an air bag 4 and operating equipment 5; the air bag 4 is installed on the operating equipment 5; the operating equipment 5 is composed of a control system, a propelling device and a power device; the tumbler 3 is composed of an empty chamber 6 and a heavy block 7; the empty chamber 6 is installed above the heavy block 7 and connected with the operating equipment 5; one end of the first pull line 12 is connected with the heavy block 7, and the other end of the first pull line 12 is connected with the containing body 2; an acute angle A is formed between the containing body 2 and the ground horizontal line.
