The invention discloses an electric locomotive product modularization implementation method, which includes the steps of determining distribution and segmentation of physical structure of the whole electric locomotive according to the functions of the whole electric locomotive; determining a functional module of the whole electric locomotive; and matching and fitting the units in the functional module with the physical structure of the whole electric locomotive. By means of such embodiment, modularization, standardization, serialization and maintainability level of an electric locomotive product can be effectively improved, thereby improving plasticity of forms of the electric locomotive product.
