The invention discloses a pneumatic control electromagnetic valve of a commercial vehicle hill starting auxiliary system. The pneumatic control electromagnetic valve comprises a two-position three-way normally closed valve (100) and a membrane valve (200). An air inlet (3) of the two-position three-way normally closed valve (100) is used for being communicated with an air storage tank (1), an air outlet (12) of the two-position three-way normally closed valve (100) is used for being communicated with a brake air chamber (20), an exhaust port (19) of the two-position three-way normally closed valve (100) is used for being communicated with atmosphere, and a valve cavity (18) of the two-position three-way normally closed valve (100) is communicated with the air outlet (12) through an upper valve port (8) and communicated with the exhaust port (19) through a lower valve port (10). The membrane valve (200) comprises a guide air chamber (7) and an air inlet membrane (4). The guide air chamber (7) is communicated with the valve cavity (18) through a flow restriction orifice (11). The air inlet membrane (4) isolates the guide air chamber (7) from the air inlet (3). When the air inlet membrane (4) is closed, the air inlet (3) can be communicated with the air outlet (12).
