The invention provides an automobile ice and snow removal system and an automobile adopting the same. The automobile ice and snow removal system comprises a wiper assembly, an air way and a heat collection part, wherein the wiper assembly comprises jet channels; the air way is communicated with the jet channels; the heat collection part is communicated with an exhaust gas discharge pipeline of an automobile engine; the heat collection part is capable of heating air in the air way; and heated air flows out from the jet channels to heat and melt ice and snow on a front windshield of the automobile. Through adoption of the automobile ice and snow removal system provided by the invention, the problems that the wiper is frozen and ice and snow exist on the front windshield in the prior art are solved.
