The invention relates to a vehicle rearview mirror with a night vision device function. An existing vehicle rearview mirror can just be used for a driver to view conditions on the rear of a vehicle, and the driver cannot observe road conditions in front of the vehicle, and the existing vehicle rearview mirror has no help in night running and bad weather environments. The vehicle rearview mirror is formed by a housing, a mirror, an automobile data recorder, a night vision device, a circuit board, an operational key portion, a setting key portion, and a connection jack portion. The circuit board is arranged in the housing. The surface of a rear housing is provided with the automobile data recorder and the night vision device. The mirror is arranged between a face shell and a middle frame. The upper part of the rear housing is provided with a USB port, and a clamping base. The lower part of the rear housing is provided with the key portion and a key PCB. When the vehicle rearview mirror is used, the product is fixed with an assembling rack which is matched with a specific adaptable automobile mode. The vehicle rearview mirror integrates functions of digital high-definition camera shooting, gravity induction, voice storage, one-click recording switch, and a rear-view function. The vehicle rearview mirror is ultrathin and portable, and is easy to operate and use, and is easy to popularize.
