The invention discloses a real-time driving fatigue detecting system based on Internet of Vehicles. The system comprises a vehicle speed detection unit, a GPS positioning unit, a fatigue driving electroencephalogram detection unit, an intelligent terminal unit, a driver alarm unit and a forced alarm execution unit, the vehicle speed detection unit collects vehicle speed information in real time, the GPS positioning unit updates vehicle location information in real time, the fatigue driving detection unit collects fatigue degree data information of a driver in real time, and the signal output end of the vehicle speed detection unit, the signal output end of the GPS positioning unit and the signal output end of the fatigue driving detection unit are connected with the signal input end of the intelligent terminal unit through a wireless transmission mode; the signal output end of the intelligent terminal unit is connected with the signal input end of the driver alarm unit, and the signal output end of the driver alarm unit is connected with the signal input end of the forced alarm execution unit. The real-time driving fatigue detecting system has the advantages of being small in size, low in cost, simple to use, convenient to carry, accurate in fatigue detection and the like.
