The invention discloses a communication device based on an intelligent traffic anti-collision system, which relates to an intelligent traffic system and aims at solving the technical problems that the existing anti-collision communication system has a small information acquisition range, and the cloud intelligent traffic service and the wireless technology are poor in practical experience and have hidden safety dangers and the like. The system, in the structure, comprises a field programmable logic gate module for receiving a state clock signal and outputting a control clock signal and/or a communication clock signal and a visible light short range signal transceiver connected with the field programmable logic gate module for converting a light signal and an electric signal and receiving and/or transmitting a photoelectric communication signal. The device of the invention is used for building a communication module for the vehicle anti-collision system.
