The invention provides a fatigue driving control system. The fatigue driving control system includes a physiological parameter induction module used for obtaining the physiological parameters of a driver in real time, a vehicle-mounted processing module used for transmitting the physiological parameters of the driver to a cloud database, and the cloud database used for judging whether the driver performs fatigue driving according to the physiological parameters of the driver, wherein the vehicle-mounted processing module takes safety control measures if the driver performs fatigue driving. The invention also provides a fatigue driving control method which can assist in real-time analysis of the physiological status of the driver. According to the fatigue driving control method, automatic control closed-loop processing formed through the vehicle-mounted processing module and a cloud server is supported, so that the driver can unconsciously control vehicle driving; cloud transmits an alarm command and a vehicle brake command to the vehicle-mounted processing module, so that vehicle speed and driving suspension can be automatically controlled; and therefore, traffic accidents which occur when the driver has physiological fatigue can be avoided.
