The invention provides a visual information-based intelligent closed-loop object position tracking control system. The control system includes a hydraulic driving device used for controlling a fork head, an A/D analog-to-digital converter and a D/A digital-to-analog converter which are used for data acquisition and conversion, a leftward and rightward displacement encoder sensor, an ultrasonic displacement sensor, a front-and-back tilt angle sensor and an inertial navigator which are used for sensing, an Ethernet, a computer control system and a machine vision system. The control system of the invention has an open loop and a closed loop; the control system can be a computer vision open-loop control system used for tracking the position of goods in real time; the control system can also be a sensor feedback closed-loop control system; and according to the control system, data fed back by the A/D analog-to-digital converter are transferred to a main control program, and the main control program controls the position of the hydraulic cylinder through PID, so that the position of the fork head can be controlled.
