The invention relate to a bi-direction rope guiding winch. The winch comprises a motor, a brake, a speed reducer, a drum component, a base, a gear transmission device, a bi-directional rope guiding pulley mechanism and a hand-driven device, wherein the brake is arranged between the motor and the speed reducer; the speed reducer is connected with the drum component; the drum component is connected with the gear transmission device; the gear transmission device is connected with the bi-direction rope guiding pulley mechanism; and the hand-driven device is connected with the motor. Because a double rope guiding screw groove is arranged on the drum, a same steel wire is wound on the drum to achieve collecting and releasing of two ropes; because the bi-direction rope guiding pulley mechanism is arranged, the synchronous collecting and releasing of the out wires of the double wires is achieved, and the balance between two lifting points is ensured; because the brake is arranged, the operation is safer; and because of the hand-driven device, the synchronous collecting and releasing of the double wires can be achieved at the state of electricity lacking.
