The invention discloses a remote control rotor wing flight seeding device supplied with power by an external power supply. The device comprises a machine body, multiple electric rotor wings, a flight state computer control system, a radio signal receiving, processing and emitting device and a remote controller, wherein the flight state computer control system comprises a satellite positioning terminal, an accelerator and a communication module. The flight seeding device is characterized by comprising a power transmission line connected with the external power supply and a seeding facility; the seeding facility is in signal connection with the flight state computer control system through an interface circuit; and the state of the seeding facility is changed along with the change of the state of the flight state computer control system. Through the power transmission line connected with the external power supply, the external power supply continuously supplies electric energy to a flight device through the power transmission line so as to nearly enhance the air capacity of the flight device without limit.
