The invention belongs to the field of aerodynamic shape design, and relates to the shape of a horizontal-tail end plate. Two horizontal-tail end plates are respectively mounted on a left horizontal-tail wingtip and a right horizontal-tail wingtip, and each horizontal-tail end plate is symmetrical in the up-and-down direction along the horizontal-tail chord line. The sweepback angle of the horizontal-tail end plate is 24.4 degrees, and the length of the root chord of the horizontal-tail end plate is 1245mm; the tip chord and the span length can be configured according to the demand of directional static stability; the wing type of both of the root chord and the tip chord is NACA0008M; the two horizontal-tail end plates are respectively mounted on the left horizontal-tail wingtip and the right horizontal-tail wingtip. Through the adoption of the shape of the horizontal-tail end plate, disclosed by the invention, the directional static stability of a plane and the longitudinal static stability of the plane are effectively improved, the effective span-chord ratio of a horizontal tail is increased, and the efficiency of the horizontal tail and the efficiency of an elevator are improved.
