The invention relates to a lifting and floating integrated aircraft and a control method. The lifting and floating integrated aircraft has aerodynamic lifting force and air buoyancy at the same time, is supported by an external rigid support framework, and adopts a fuselage of a sweepback wing type pneumatic layout, foldable rigid truss frames, rotatable power systems, a payload, a battery system and a flight control device; each rotatable power system consists of an engine beam, an engine rod, an engine and a steering engine. According to the lifting and floating integrated aircraft disclosed by the invention, the sweepback wing type layout is adopted, a pocket body is filled with floating and lifting gas such as helium, and besides, the lifting and floating integrated aircraft has aerodynamic lifting force and air buoyancy at the same time.
