The invention relates to construction equipment for structures such as harbors and hydraulic engineering, and specifically relates to a deepwater environmental riprap leveling ship. The ship comprises a flat barge; the middle portion of the flat barge is provided with an opening; a rectangle frame is arranged below the opening; five side turnover boards are parallelly and rotatably arranged in the rectangle frame and along the extension direction of the long edge of the rectangle frame; and traction devices are arranged between the flat barge and the side turnover boards. The side turnover boards turn towards the short edge of the rectangle frame or keep horizontal through the traction devices. An elevating device is arranged between the rectangle frame and the flat barge. The rectangle frame moves up and down through the elevating device so as to drive the side turnover boards to move up and down. The beneficial effects of the deepwater environmental riprap leveling ship are that the ship is simple in structure, can shift rapidly, is adaptive to shallow and deep water areas, has little disturbance to underwater mud, is environment-friendly, is safe, and integrates riprapping and leveling.
