The invention discloses a bicycle handle sleeve capable of avoiding vibration through air pressure. The bicycle handle sleeve mainly comprises a handle body, a fixing base, an internal thread, an external thread, a rubber rod, annular fixing pieces, handle sleeve outer wall and inflatable airbags. The outer end of the handle body is connected with the fixing base, the fixing base is in a T shape, the inner wall of the handle body is provided with the internal thread, the outer wall of one end of the fixing base is provided with the external thread, the internal thread is matched with the external thread, the outer end of one end of the fixing base is connected with the rubber rod, the two ends of two heads of the fixing base are fixedly connected with the annular fixing pieces, the annular fixing pieces are connected with the handle sleeve outer wall, the handle sleeve outer wall surrounds the rubber rod, and the inflatable airbags are arranged between the handle sleeve outer wall and the rubber rod. The bicycle handle sleeve is simple in structure, reasonable in design and capable of achieving a good vibration avoiding effect.
