The invention discloses a self-generating traffic signal lamp. The self-generating traffic signal lamp comprises a foundation which is arranged on the ground and has a through hole, a movable rod embedded in the through hole of the foundation, an outer rotor, an inner rotor, a stator arranged between the outer rotor and the inner rotor and a supporting shaft arranged in the inner rotor, wherein a spring is sleeved on the movable rod and is arranged among a front convex block, a back convex block and the foundation, the outer rotor, the stator and the inner rotor are sequentially sleeved at periphery of the supporting shaft with intervals at middle portions, the supporting shaft comprises a center portion and positioning portions at two ends of the center portion, two end covers of the inner rotor are respectively mounted at the positioning portions of the supporting shaft through a first bearing, and the stator and an end cover at the same side as a second teeth bar are mounted at an inner rotor end portion of the inner rotor through a second bearing. According to the self-generating traffic signal lamp, pressure of pedestrians or vehicles on barricades can be converted into electric energy, energy is effectively utilized, generating efficiency is improved, no pollution is generated, efficiency is high, and cost is low.
