The invention discloses a reversing valve, an oil cylinder falling control valve and a crane amplitude variation system, relates to the technical field of engineering machinery and solves the technical problems that in the prior art, the fine motion property and smoothness property of a piston rod of an amplitude variation oil cylinder are poor in the initial falling phase. The reversing valve comprises a valve body, a reversing valve element, an oil inlet, an oil return port, a first oil passage port and a second oil passage port, wherein the second oil passage port is connected with the oil return port; when the reversing valve element moves to a first position inside a reversing valve body, an oil way between the oil inlet and the first oil passage port and the second oil passage port is cut off; after being connected with the second oil passage port in parallel, the first oil passage port is connected with the oil return port, or else, the first oil passage port is connected with the oil return port, and the oil return port is connected with the second oil passage port through a branch oil way capable of being communicated from the oil return port to the second oil passage port. The oil cylinder falling control valve and the crane amplitude variation system comprise the reversing valve. The reversing valve, the oil cylinder falling control valve and the crane amplitude variation system are used for improving the fine motion property and smoothness property of the piston rod of the amplitude variation oil cylinder in the initial falling phase.
