The invention provides a suspension-structured oar. The suspension-structured oar comprises an oarlock tank, an oarlock, oar blades and a transmission gear, wherein oar blade shafts on the oar blades are inserted into oar blade shaft holes in the oarlock, the oar blades are connected with the oarlock by virtue of a suspension structure and can rotate around the oar blade shafts below the oarlock. The oarlock moves back and forth in the oarlock tank. The oarlock is hidden in the oarlock tank and cannot be impacted by front water flow, so that the water resistance borne by an oarlock structure in a propelling process is directly deceased. The suspension-structured oar can be realized in simple-oar, double-oar, multi-oar combination manners in particular use and has the advantages that the high-efficiency propelling is realized, a boat body is controlled, the hydrodynamic noise is reduced, a cavitation effect is relived, the boat body is hidden, and the like.
