The invention relates to a navel ship, in particular to a high-speed naval ship. The high-speed naval ship is mainly composed of a navel ship body, an engine and a propeller, and is characterized in that water skiing wheels are additionally driven by the engine through a transmission device, the water skiing wheels are arranged at the positions on the front side and the rear side of the naval ship body or arranged at the lower positions of the front abdomen and the rear abdomen of the naval ship body, and the front water skiing wheel and the rear water skiing wheel are sleeved with a caterpillar band provided with water skiing plates. A certain angle exists between each water skiing plate and the caterpillar band. When the high-speed naval ship needs to run at a high speed, the transmission device drives the water skiing wheels on the front side and the rear side to rotate, the caterpillar band is then driven to move around the water skiing wheels, the water skiing plates on the caterpillar band can move at the same time together with the caterpillar band, the water skiing plates are driven by the caterpillar band to generate force for downward water pressing and backward water skiing, and downward pressure and backward water skiing push force generated by the water skiing plates during high-speed movement are large enough for supporting most of the naval ship body out of the water surface. Due to the fact that the number of the water skiing plates is large and resistance is small after the naval ship body supported out of the water surface, the naval ship can rapidly run on the water surface.
