The invention discloses an anti-derailment rubber wheel for a railway vehicle. The anti-derailment rubber wheel for the railway vehicle is characterized by sequentially comprising an internal metal ring (4), an intermediate rubber layer (3), an intermediate metal layer (2) and an external rubber layer (1) from inside to outside, wherein the outer surface of the internal metal ring (4) is a spherical surface cambered outward, one surface, close to the internal metal ring (4), of the intermediate metal layer (2) is a spherical surface which is matched with the spherical outer surface of the internal metal ring (4) and concave inward. The anti-derailment rubber wheel for the railway vehicle has the advantages that a strong acting force can be born when the wheel climbs rails, so that the railway vehicle is prevented from derailing; meanwhile, a rubber structure can be used for attenuating strong impact when the railway vehicle derails, so that abrasion on a body bolster is reduced; a globe joint structure is set for adapting a deflection angle produced during derailment of the railway vehicle, so that a local part of the rubber wheel is avoided from bearing load; besides the anti-derailment rubber wheel for the railway vehicle is compact and simple in structure, smart in conception, safe and reliable and is applicable to the condition that a transverse space of an overhead railway line is limited.
