The invention relates to a rubber tire low-floor bogie. The rubber tire low-floor bogie comprises independent wheel pairs, a framework, motor gearbox transmission devices, a secondary suspension device and a draft gear. The framework is composed of two side beams, two cross beams and two end beams. The independent wheel pairs comprise four rubber tires and four turning transmission gearboxes. Each rubber tire is provided with one turning transmission gearbox. The motor gearbox transmission devices are installed on the middle portions of the side beams of the framework and comprise motors and gearboxes. The motors and the gearboxes are designed to be integrated. The motors are transversely arranged, the gearboxes are longitudinally arranged, and the gearboxes conduct output to the two ends simultaneously. Each motor gearbox transmission device is connected with the two turning transmission gearboxes located on the same side of the motor gearbox transmission device through two universal joints. Thus, a rail vehicle can run on the rail-free road surface, and the vehicle with the bogie can fully achieve low-floor and high-streamline performance.
