The invention discloses a driving control system and method for persons driving while intoxicated and feeling uncomfortable. An alcohol sensor, a pulse sensor and a body temperature sensor are utilized for monitoring the blood alcohol concentration, the pulse condition and the body temperature condition of a driver respectively. When it is detected that the blood alcohol concentration inside the driver exceeds a threshold value, a central processing unit controls a relay switch to cut off a sparking plug circuit, an automobile engine stops operation and meanwhile an audio file is played. When the pulse fluctuation or the body temperature fluctuation of the driver exceeds the normal range, the central processing unit controls an audio player to play a relevant prompt audio file. The driving control system and method for the persons driving while intoxicated and feeling uncomfortable are used for eradicating drunk driving behaviors and monitoring whether the body conditions of the driver meet the driving conditions or not and are of great significance in maintaining the traffic order and guaranteeing the life and property safety of people.
