Two hands of a driver only tightly hold a steering wheel during meeting, other operation is not required, so that the labor intensity is reduced, the mental tension is overcome, erroneous judgment and false action are avoided, and convenience is brought to newbies; the traffic rate is increased, and the defect of high probability of accidents during meeting of the motor vehicles are overcome.
