The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted unmanned aerial vehicle. The vehicle-mounted unmanned aerial vehicle comprises a flight body, a subterminal, a camera and a first WiFi chip, wherein the camera is used for acquiring road condition images, the camera and the first WiFi chip are arranged on the flight body, and the camera is connected with the first WiFi chip; the subterminal is provided with a navigation device used for generating navigation information, a display screen used for displaying the road condition images and the navigation information, and a second WiFi chip which is interconnected with the first WiFi chip to achieve transmission of the road condition images and the navigation information; the navigation device and the display screen are each connected with the second WiFi chip; and the navigation device is further connected with the display screen. According to the vehicle-mounted unmanned aerial vehicle, the flight body is provided with the camera for acquiring the road condition images to be given to drivers and passengers for reference, the navigation device arranged on the subterminal transmits the navigation information to the flight body so that the flight body can adjust the flight route, namely, a road condition monitor is set at high altitudes, thereby facilitating the traveling by car.
