The invention provides an airplane wing detaching and installing lifting protective clamp which comprises a lower base, an upper base arranged opposite to the lower base in parallel and two or more sliding rods for connecting the lower base with the upper base. The lower base and the sliding rods are fixedly connected. Sliding rod holes with the number the same as that of the sliding rods are formed in the upper base so that the upper base can move up and down along the sliding rods and can be fixed to the sliding rods through a limiting mechanism and a locking mechanism. The lower base and the upper base are each provided with multiple base chutes used for containing supporting board nut locating bolts and making the supporting board nut locating bolts slide on the chutes. The corresponding side faces of the lower base and the upper base are each provided with one or more wire penetrating rings. The airplane wing detaching and installing lifting protective clamp is suitable for a special structure of an airplane wing, the problems that deviation occurs and a lifting tool slides down due to the fact that the gravity center is not stable in the lifting process due to the irregular shape of the airplane wing are solved, potential danger is reduced, and the gravity center stability and the safety coefficient of the airplane wing in the lifting process are increased.
