The invention relates to an anti-disengaging spiral knot and steel rope joint manner and belongs to the two technical fields of knots and machines. According to the scheme, an anti-disengaging spiral knot is provided for steel ropes having large hardness, excellent elasticity and large rope diameter. The spiral knot is a complete spiral knot formed by conducting penetrating connection, tensioning and interlocking on two steel rope heads at the free ends, spiral rope rings connected with the steel rope heads and force bearing ropes behind the rope rings, and the knot can be used for joint of steel ropes large in rigidity, large in elasticity and large in diameter; spiral knot joint machining is conducted on steel ropes through a special device, and steel rope rings, double-ring lifting bearing rings and the like are produced. The produced products have the beneficial effects of being high in joint strength, high in strength stability, stable in joint length, small in length dispersion coefficient and the like. Compared with a mechanical product produced through a traditional lock catch joint manner, the knot type joint overcomes the defects of self-damage of soft metal lock catches caused by impact waves, reduction of joint quality and the like.
