The invention relates to a steel belt system elevator guide wheel disk turning device. The steel belt system elevator guide wheel disk turning device solves the problem that in the prior art, in the electric brake release process of an existing steel belt system elevator, failure can be caused when an elevator car and a counter weight are relatively balanced. The steel belt system elevator guide wheel disk turning device comprises a rotation hand wheel and a turning wheel. The rotation hand wheel is fixedly connected with one end of a rotating shaft. The turning wheel is fixedly connected to the other end of the rotating shaft. The rotating shaft is arranged on trusses. A steel belt guide wheel is arranged between the trusses. The turning wheel makes contact with the steel belt guide wheel. The steel belt system elevator guide wheel disk turning device has the beneficial effects of being simple in structure, easy to machine and produce, low in cost and capable of conducting turning to release people when electric brake release loses efficacy.
