The invention provides an amphibian wind-powered boat, and relates to the field of vehicles. The amphibian wind-powered boat comprises a hull, a wind ball, a power transmission mechanism, a propeller, a rudder and four tyres. The four tyres are hollow, and two of the tyres are symmetrically mounted at left and right sides under the hull, so do the other two. The wind ball is mounted to the portion higher than the middle portion of the hull, and the wind ball is connected with a left rear wheel, a right rear wheel and the propeller via the power transmission mechanism. The power transmission mechanism comprises a coupling, a gear set and a clutch. The clutch facilitates conversion between two work modes which are a water mode and a land mode. The rudder is mounted to the tail of the hull. The amphibian wind-powered boat is further provided with a steering wheel controller for the land mode. The wind ball is used for absorbing the wind energy, the wind ball is blown by wind to drive the power transmission mechanism to drive the left rear wheel, the right rear wheel or the propeller to rotate, so as to make the boat move forwards or generate. No matter what the wind direction is, the boat can move forwards. The amphibian wind-powered boat is convenient, energy saving and suitable for usage in water or on the land.
