The invention provides an accordion type ship propeller which is innovation of a ship propeller in the conventional sense. The accordion type ship propeller is mainly composed of water pressing plates, an iron plate rotation shaft, an iron plate, an accordion type extensile structure, a spring I, a spring II, a water pressing plate rotation shaft, a baffle, a water spray port, a water spray port moving plate rotation shaft, a water spray port moving plate, a water spray port baffle, a water suction port, a water suction port moving plate rotation shaft, a water suction port moving plate, a water suction port baffle, an electromagnet, an upper base plate, a turning disc and a lower base plate. The accordion type ship propeller is arranged at the tail of a ship and sprays and sucks water by powering on and powering off the electromagnet; meanwhile, the turning disc capable of rotating freely is arranged on a base, a motor is used for controlling the turning direction of the turning disc to further control the water spray direction, and accordingly the sailing direction of the ship is controlled. The accordion type ship propeller has the characteristics of being simple in structure and easy to control and repair and having good practical application prospects in private man-powered tourist boats and private agricultural fishing boats in future.
