A cable-concealed handlebar apparatus comprises two cable-concealed brake handles, a cable-concealed horizontal pipe, a cable-concealed vertical pipe, a cable-concealed front fork, a front head tube, a pipe clamp, two brake cable sleeves and two brake cables, wherein each cable-concealed brake handle is composed of a brake base, an axial hole bolt, a brake lever, a torsion spring, a brake base positioning bolt and a brake lever spindle bolt in a connected manner. Three cable holes are formed in the front sides of the two ends of the horizontal pipe and the rear side of the middle part of the horizontal pipe respectively, a cable hole formed backwards and a cable hole formed downwards are formed in a vertical head of the cable-concealed vertical pipe, a thread, a vertical slit and a cable hole are formed at the top part, in the front side and in the rear side of a front fork tube of the cable-concealed front fork respectively, a cable hole is formed in the front side of the top part of a wheel fork of the cable-concealed front fork, a cable hole is formed in the rear side of the front head tube, the tube clamp is connected with the top part of the front fork tube in a sleeving manner, the cable-concealed vertical pipe penetrates the front fork tube, the front fork tube is clamped tightly by the pipe clamp, and the two brake cable selves are inserted into a cable hole of the cable-concealed horizontal pipe, a cable hole of the cable-concealed vertical pipe and the front fork tube orderly.
