The invention relates to a splash guard supporting frame of a heavy truck. The splash guard supporting frame of the heavy truck comprises a supporting frame seat and a supporting frame pipe, wherein the supporting frame pipe is connected with a step on one side of the supporting frame seat; the supporting frame seat is of a flange structure; the cylindrical step which takes the central line of the supporting frame seat as the axis and is connected with the supporting frame pipe is arranged on one side of the supporting frame seat; the supporting frame pipe is a reducer pipe, the pipe wall of one end of the reducer pipe is machined in a pressurization pore broadening mode, and according to the shape of the end, the reducer pipe is composed of a straight pipe connected with the cylindrical step of the supporting frame seat and a section of horn-shaped pipe. According to the connecting structure of the supporting frame seat and the supporting frame pipe, the supporting frame seat and the supporting frame pipe are in interference fit, and the connecting position is welded in a full-length mode. Compared with the prior art, the splash guard supporting frame of the heavy truck has the beneficial effects that 1, the length of a weld joint is increased, and the welding strength is improved; 2, the production and machining process is simple, and the production cost is low; 3, the pipe wall has no fatigue crack phenomenon.
