The invention discloses a hand-operated clamping aerial cableway. The hand-operated clamping aerial cableway comprises a supporting rod. A mounting plate is arranged at the top of the supporting rod. A clamping device is arranged at the bottom of the mounting plate transversely. A limit wheel is fixed to the right end of the clamping device. A tension spring is fixed to the right end of the limit wheel and fixed to the mounting plate. A steel wire is fixed to the right end of the limit wheel, a limit plate is fixed to the upper portion of the supporting rod, the steel wire penetrates through the limit plate, and a winding device is arranged below the limit plate.
