The invention discloses an overhead man-riding device for a mine. The overhead man-riding device comprises a supporting rod; a transverse foot plate is arranged at the bottom end of the supporting rod, and transverse through holes are evenly formed in the supporting rod in the vertical direction; the outer side wall of the supporting rod is sleeved with a seat, locating holes are formed in the seat, and plug pins are mounted at the locating holes and matched with the through holes; a rope clip device is arranged on the top of the supporting rod. The overhead man-riding device has the advantages of being reasonable in structure design, low in production and manufacturing cost, convenient to use and the like; the height of the seat can be adjusted, a comfortable riding environment is provided, clamping is more reliable, and the overhead man-riding device for the mine is comfortable, cheap and safe.
