The invention belongs to the field of carrying equipment on car roofs, and particularly discloses a car roof luggage frame type slow-flow water tank which comprises a luggage frame body defined by a plurality of hollow pipes; a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe are arranged on the luggage frame body; the hollow pipes are connected end to end, and are communicated with one another through a communicating pipe; and first expansion chambers are formed in the longitudinal direction of the hollow pipes. Compared with a traditional car roof luggage frame type water tank, water speed in starting and stopping of a car is reduced through the arrangement of the expansion chambers, so that impact force of water in a luggage frame on the car is effectively reduced, people in the car do not feel the impact force, and the comfort of people in the car is improved.
