The invention discloses a control circuit and method for power on and power off of an electric automobile high-pressure system. The control circuit comprises a whole automobile controller VMS, a battery management system BMS, a relay, a main positive contactor and a main negative contactor. The battery management system BMS is in mutual communication with the whole automobile controller VMS. The battery management system BMS is connected with an automobile power battery. The control end of the relay is connected with the whole automobile controller VMS, and the output end of the relay is connected with the automobile power battery. The control end of the main positive contactor is connected with the battery management system BMS. A first output end of the main positive contactor is connected with the automobile power battery, and a second output end of the main positive contactor is connected with a high-voltage load. The output ends of the main positive contactor are connected with a pre-charge circuit. A control end of the main negative contactor is connected with the battery management system BMS. A first output end of the main negative contactor is connected with the automobile power battery, and a second output end of the main negative contactor is connected with the high-voltage load.
