The invention discloses a rear axle deceleration power generating device. The rear axle deceleration power generating device comprises a transmission roller, a rear axle decelerator and a rear axle rod. The end of the transmission roller is connected with the rear axle decelerator. The rear axle deceleration power generating device further comprises a generator and a brake follow-up switch. The generator is arranged behind the rear axle decelerator. A drive shaft in linkage with the transmission roller is arranged in the rear axle decelerator. The tail end of the drive shaft extends to the position behind the rear axle decelerator and is connected with a rotating shaft of the generator. An electric clutch device is arranged between the tail end of the drive shaft and the rotating shaft of the generator, and the brake follow-up switch is connected with the electric clutch device. By means of the manner and the rear axle deceleration power generating device, the tail end of the drive shaft and the rotating shaft of the generator are in hard connection to rotate for power generating, deceleration of a vehicle is facilitated, and abrasion of brake pads is reduced. The kinetic energy utilization rate can be improved, energy is saved, and the emission is reduced.
