The invention provides an active-suspension height control (AHC) system and a vehicle. The AHC system comprises a pressure sensor, a height sensor, a vehicle door state detector, a mode selector, a single chip microcomputer, air springs, an air storage tank, an air compressor, an exhaust valve, a display screen and an electromagnetic valve, wherein the pressure sensor, the height sensor, the vehicle door state detector, the mode selector, the air compressor, the exhaust valve, the display screen and the electromagnetic valve are all in communication connection with the single chip microcomputer. According to the AHC system and the vehicle, a pump of the air compressor, the exhaust valve and the electromagnetic valve are controlled by receiving signals sent from all the sensors on a vehicle body, and therefore the magnitude of the air pressure in the air springs is adjusted, and the purpose of keeping the height of the vehicle body unchanged is achieved; when the load capacity of the vehicle is increased or decreased, the system inflates or deflates the air springs to ensure that the height of the vehicle body is always the best, and the smoothness of the vehicle is improved.
