The invention provides a lifting telescopic hanging hurdle and belongs to the technical field of safety equipment. The hanging hurdle comprises symmetrically arranged lifting frames and a construction platform built with a wood material. The construction platform comprises a guardrail, a platform beam arranged in the front-rear direction and a step plate. The front end and the rear end of the platform beam are fixed on the upper portion of a supporting plate, the step plate is laid above the platform beam, and the guardrail is fixed on the outer side of the supporting plate. Each lifting frame comprises cantilever beams, a balance rod, U-shaped plate frames and a cage type frame, wherein the cantilever beams are positioned at the two ends of the balance rod, the U-shaped plate frames are fixed on the cantilever beams in a sleeved mode and provided with pulleys, and the cage type frame is hung through steel wire ropes on pulley grooves of the pulleys. Each cage type frame comprises a semicircular lifting lug, a left vertical plate, a right vertical plate, a winding drum, a supporting plate 19 and a lifter.
