The invention discloses a steel cylinder lifting mechanism with the high automation degree. The steel cylinder lifting mechanism comprises a walking trolley (1), push handles (13), a vertical oil cylinder (2), and a supporting plate (3) arranged at the top of the walking trolley (1). A guide rail (5) is arranged on the right end face of the supporting plate (3), a steel plate (7) is arranged perpendicular to the guide rail (5), a horizontal oil cylinder (9) is fixedly installed on the top surface of the steel plate (7), a chuck (10) is arranged on a piston rod of the horizontal oil cylinder (9), the vertical oil cylinder (2) is fixedly installed on the walking trolley (1), and the two push handles (13) are arranged on the left end face of the supporting plate (3). The steel cylinder lifting mechanism further comprises a PLC (12). The PLC (12) is connected with the horizontal oil cylinder (9) and the vertical oil cylinder (2). The steel cylinder lifting mechanism has the advantages that the steel cylinder lifting mechanism is safe, reliable and high in automation degree, the racking efficiency of steel cylinders is improved, the labor intensity of workers is relieved, and the steel cylinders are convenient to carry.
