The invention discloses an online monitoring device for judging friction coefficient reduction of an elevator brake disc, and relates to an online monitoring device. The online monitoring device comprises a brake disc (1), a rolling wheel (2), a fixed frame (7), a rolling support frame and a PLC (13), wherein the brake disc and an outer circular surface of the rolling wheel are frictionally arranged; the rolling wheel and an upper transverse plate of the fixed frame are rotationally connected through a rotating shaft (5); a Hall proximity switch (4) is arranged in a through hole on the upper transverse plate of the fixed frame; a magnet (3) is arranged on an inner surface, corresponding to the upper transverse plate of the fixed frame, of the rolling wheel; the rolling support frame is arranged at one side of the lower part of the fixed frame; and the PLC is fixed in middle of the rolling support frame. Through frictional rolling of the rolling wheel and the brake disc, the online monitoring device judges the surface roughness change condition of the brake disc in real time through the PLC, so that the purpose of giving a warning instruction is realized when the surface roughness of the brake disc due to such factors as oil stains is largely reduced.
